Renovation of a library in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Fraser Valley Regional Library (the "FVRL") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for HVAC Upgrade, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The objective of this RFP is to select a qualified HVAC contractor (the Contractor) for the supply and installation of eight (8) roof top units (RTUs) at the FVRL Administrative Centre located at 34589 Delair Rd, Abbotsford, BC. The work should be planned for April or May 2025 to minimize the impact of weather on temperatures in the building. All awards and results will be posted on Bonfire following the conclusion of the RFP process.
