Renovation of an educational facility in River Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 24,240-square-foot educational facility.
Roofing Contractors acting as general contractors for the specified roof repairs, coating and/or replacements of approximately 24,240 SF of designated roof areas at Rhodes Elementary School in River Grove, IL according to specifications and drawings prepared by C. E. Crowley & Associates, Inc., Roofing/Waterproofing Consultants, of Mundelein, IL. Work also includes masonry parapet repairs, and related plumbing, electrical, mechanical, gas, and demolition/elimination of existing Aerial Tower, with ALTERNATES for Re-Roofing vs. Replacement or Restoration, and for Relocation of existing designated VRV unit. A 10% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the total proposal must accompany each proposal. Attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Walk-through is a requirement for the bid to be considered valid. All Bids must be submitted on forms provided in the Project Manuals. Bidders are required to submit matching email copies within 24 hours to C.E.
