The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas, Department of Department of Buildings & Logistics has obtained Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funding and is accepting competitive proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships and corporations for the Rehabilitation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) in the Justice Complex. This project requires a unique level of attention due to time constraints applied by the funding source and due to the complexity of the project. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 Any questions regarding the Request for Proposal shall be directed in writing to the attention of the buyer via fax or email, to the Office of Procurement and Contract Compliance ATTN: Arenis Montes, a.montes@wycokck.org, Room 649, 701 North 7th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66101. All questions must be received no later than the date established in the project timetable. Telephone conversations must be confirmed in writing by the interested party The Unified Government reserves the right without contest to accept or reject any bid/proposal.
