2522100, 2502010234,2519403 Site Package for New Argentine Middle School & New Elementary School located on the same campus near S. 22 nd Street & Steel Rd in Kansas City, KS. Includes Earthwork and Site Utilities. The building package bid is targeted for April 2026. Construction could begin in March 2026 at the earliest. Requests for interpretations, clarifications, corrections or changes of the Bidding Documents must be made in writing at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. No Addenda will be issued later than two (2) business days prior to the date for receipt of Bids except for the limited situations set forth in the Instructionsto Bidders. All questions should be directed to Dominic Tiemann – (dominic.tiemann@newkirknovak.com) AND Evan George - (evan.george@newkirknovak.com) Bid bonds are not required on this project. An alternate price will be provided on the bid form for a Performance and Payment bond. MBE/WBE/LBE is highly encouraged on this Project.
