The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Kansas is seeking qualified companies to bid on HVAC improvements which generally consist of the replacement of existing residential direct expansion split system / natural gas furnace systems, in 100 dwelling units (50 duplexes) based on the address listed on the contract drawings, all of which are located in Kansas City, Kansas. The Project consists of the replacement of split system direct expansion air-cooled compressor /condenser and indoor furnace and controls, as well as related mechanical and electrical system modifications due to this HVAC replacement. 1.
