Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Joseph, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide detailed engineering and construction plans for road enhancements, park development, and park amenities within Kraemer Lake-Wildwood County Park. The selected engineers will design infrastructure that supports public use of the park. This includes, but is not limited to: road enhancements, vehicle parking areas, parking area light posts, bituminous and aggregate trails, tree delineation and removal, wetland delineation and impact assessment, erosion control measures, and structure demolition and removal. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be valid for 120 days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest.
