Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,975-square-foot parking garage; for the renovation of a 3,685-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a parking garage.
Adding a 2 bay garage (2,975 sf) to the south side of the existing (3,685 sf) suu outdoor building on main street. The garage will be constructed of cmu block & finished in eifs. The existing front entry will also be reconfigured to allow large recreation equipment easier access in & out of the building. A new canopy will be installed to cover the main doors.
