This bid includes the following Work: Clearing of vegetation and trees to access the pond located at 16400 Mission Road, Stilwell, Kansas. Demolition of pond retention wall and infill pond depression with provided proctored fill. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty 60) days from the date of the bid opening. Ordering Instructions Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on November 15, 2024, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.
