The City of Madison Community Development Authority (“City”) is soliciting Bids from qualified vendors for Unit Modernization for 2514 and 2524 Frazier Street. Vendors submitting Bids (“Bidders”) are required to read this Request for Bids (“RFB”) in its entirety and follow the instructions contained herein.
