The Clatsop County Public Works Department is conducting a Request for Proposals for Engineering Services from experienced and qualified engineering firms for multiple projects as identified in the Facilities Plan for the Westport Sewer Service District. It is the intent of the County to hire a qualified consultant who can provide project management, preliminary design, environmental documentation, permitting assistance, grant assistance, final design services, construction design support services, and project closeout. The final product sought is construction contract documents including plans, specifications and cost estimates ready for bid.
