Renovation of a municipal facility in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,800-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
As of January 13, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 22, 2025. The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for the County Courthouse (749 Commercial St., Astoria, Oregon) to complete Court Security Improvements for the benefit of Clatsop County. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The project is to remodel a portion of Office and use; including creating a single point of entrance in the basement entry, install holding cells, upgrade the reception desk at the District Attorney's Office, and replacing historic windows. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $1.6 MIL - $1.75 MIL The Clatsop County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
