The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on May 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Region Five/District Nine Office in Carbondale. Phase III engineering services are required to provide construction supervision, inspection, and documentation of bridge painting and inspection of work performed on S.N. 002-0022 along I-57 over the Mississippi River at Cairo. The Consultant must complete and submit final measurements, calculations, and contract record documentation to the department no later than six (6) weeks after completion of the project. Prime and all Subconsultants will be required to establish an overhead rate compliant with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and approved by the department. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
