The project includes but is not limited to 1) construction of a 108-foot structural steel tower supported by a driven pile foundation. 2) construction of a 3,375 SQ concrete masonry unit (CMU) base building supported on earthquake drains and shallow foundations, complete with an emergency backup generator. 3) Site grading and drainage infrastructure, along with the construction of a new access road. 4) Installation of approximately 8,000 LF of new fiber duct bank and approximately 18,000 LF of cable with new ASR site to the existing air traffic control Tower (ATCT) and the terminal radar approach control. 5) Demolition of the existing ASR tower site, located off International Boulevard, upon completion of the new system's commissioning.
