As of February 17, 2025, the project was awarded to MedPro Systems, LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,028,852** SCOPE OF WORK 1. This Scope of Work includes but is not limited to; LIMITED DEMOLITION, LGMS, DRYWALL, PAINT, CEILINGS, FLOORING, CABINETRY, APPLIANCES, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL WORK. 2. Contractor to schedule his work in accordance with all noise ordinances per the authority having jurisdiction. 3. Contractor shall provide a letter accepting all project conditions prior to commencing work. 4. Contractor is responsible for clean work areas daily. 5. Contractor shall provide a project specific safety plan prior to mobilizationContractor to provide Builders Risk Insurance. 7. The Fire Alarm shall contract directly with the Owner.
