Demolition and removal of existing walk-in freezer and cooler units attached to the existing building. Construction of new exterior masonry wall infilling the opening where demolished freezer / cooler units were connected to the interior of the building. Renovation of existing interior kitchen area in preparation for new interior walk-in freezer /cooler units and associated equipment to be purchased early by the owner and supplied by C&T Design and installed by General Contractor. Interior renovation will include removal/modification of existing interior non-loadbearing masonry walls, acoustical ceiling tiles, floor tile, electrical items such as lighting, outlets, mechanical ductwork, and plumbing items. New interior construction consists of new ceiling tile/grid, patching of floor tile, painting and re-routing and service termination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler items. Floyd Central High School Freezer Replacement. Bid Security shall be in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total price and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and address. Bidder receiving the award shall furnish an approved one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond which cover faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the Work.
