Renovation of an educational facility in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
New Albany High School Gym Refurbishment Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal for the construction of a facility at 1020 Vincennes Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150 for Project: FCS2506 - New Albany High School Gym Refurbishment. Bids must be submitted as a single prime contract. Bid forms shall be properly and completely submitted on Contractor's Bid for Public Bidding Form No. 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts for the State of Indiana, in addition to the Bid Form included in the specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid, serving as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract within ten (10) days and furnish acceptable surety bonds. Bids may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities. Bidders must observe the required conditions of employment and minimum wage rates, and must conform with anti-discrimination provisions of Indiana law.
