Renovation of a stadium in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Qualified bidders may submit bids for the FCHS Stadium HVAC Replacement project at 6575 Old Vincennes Rd, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119. The project consists of replacing two packaged DOAS units, adding one packaged AHU over the concessions stand, adding split system HVAC to the Pressbox, and other work indicated in the contract documents. Bids will be received for a prime contract covering all trades. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount must be submitted with each bid. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain the required insurance and bonds. A performance bond, separate labor and material payment bond, and insurance acceptable to the owner will be required of the successful bidder. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend a prebid meeting. Bids must comply with the instructions issued by the owner and be delivered as specified.
