Wyoming Life Resources Center Therapy Pool Building E Condition Investigation and Remedy Design project, located at 8204 Wyoming Highway 789, Lander, WY 82520. The scope of the project shall include behind wall condition inspection, exterior foundation wall insulation inspection, design, cost estimating at the 95% design phase, bidding, construction administration and project closeout. This work shall include, but may not be limited to, building envelope vapor barrier and interior pool space and pool equipment and filter rooms ceiling installation, in accordance with the attached report identifying the issues in these areas. The scope of work shall also include a design to remedy Building E mechanical room congestion. The scope of work will also require opening up walls or other spaces/areas to inspect and evaluate concealed conditions that may have damage due to the excessive humidity in the pool area. Extensive photographs of these spaces will need to be taken before and after to document the work performed and any damage discovered. These investigation areas will require patching back and finishing. Due to the uncertainty of the number of destructive inspection areas and extent of the patch back and finish work, the design professional shall establish an allowance within the design contract and schedule of values to bill against showing the time and materials receipts from the contractor. A design may be necessary to remedy the condition of any of the damages found during the inspection and any additional design will be included in the contract by amendment.
