Description of Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to drill, construct and develop eight water wells. D. Location: Work under this Contract is located in Sublette County, Wyoming. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Small Business Size Standard: $45.0 Million Bonding: The BLM anticipates that bid, performance, and payment bonds will be required. Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000 Anticipated Period of Performance: 365 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
