Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
** As of December 27, 2024 project was awarded to Dick Anderson but amount was not disclosed.** The construction of the new Central Wyoming College Jackson Center including site development. The new center will be approximately 20,356 sq. ft and contains spaces for general education, faculty offices, and specialized spaces including a culinary arts kitchen, dedicated science laboratories, simulation nursing labs, and flexible lab space. Overall construction of the building includes concrete foundations, concrete flatwork, steel-framed structure, cold-formed metal wall framing, aluminum doors and windows, hollow metal frames with wood doors, painting, flooring, membrane roofing, cementitious and wood wall panels, division 10 items, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, delegated design fire sprinkler system, IT/Communication/Security infrastructure including cabling and certified terminations, access control. This project will be partially funded with ARPA Capital Projects Funding as described in the bid documents and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
