Teton County would like to engage the services of an architect to complete a project manual with construction documents for bidding and permit, plus construction supervision services through the completion of the project. Repairs and new work at the Huff Memorial Building will be broken into three categories: structural, space planning/building utilization, and building maintenance and upgrades. See attached Feasibility Study and Structural Analysis for more detail. Each person or firm will be evaluated based on the requirements outlined in the section below. Teton County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. December 17, 2024 Award Contract These will include a project manual including plans and specifications for construction and permits as well as construction supervision services to include permit application (fees waived), assistance selecting a general contractor, submittal reviews, pay application reviews, and construction inspection services to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
