Renovation of a museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Contractor shall provide the services described in the City's Invitation for Bid for the Project titled NAME dated MONTH, DAY, YEAR, and the contractor's bid form and materials attached as Exhibit A. If anything in the Bid Form conflicts with the Bid Specifications, the provisions in the Bid Specifications shall govern. The Contractor may provide additional products and/or services if such products/services are requested in writing by the Authorized Representative of the City. Bidder will provide all labor, materials, equipment and related work specified within this Invitation for Bid and the attached bid plans Deadline for Questions or Approved Equals 11/13/24 by 4:30 p.m Oshkosh Public Museum Signage Improvements No bids will be accepted after that deadline. Under no circumstances will bids be accepted and read when submitted at the place of bid opening even if presented before that deadline. The City is not responsible for bids submitted in any other way except those submitted in strict conformance with these instructions. A written request for the withdrawal of a bid or any part thereof may be granted if the request is received by the City prior to the specified time of opening.
