As of October 2, 2025, a design/build firm was not awarded and this project has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Dublin Ohio is requesting design bid proposals for the design and construction of the Pedestrian Bridge Maintenance Program 2025. Project Statement NYROP Covered Bridge The project will consist of the removal and replacement of the existing NYROP covered pedestrian bridge as identical in nature as practicable. The proposed structure should align with the existing or previously removed material in terms of type, species, style, texture, and detailing. The proposed structure is expected to be brought up to current standards, including the potential for current structural construction, but is to be aesthetically identical in nature to the original design. Project shall include the removal and replacement of the piers, abutments, substructure, decking, sidewalls, roofing, and aesthetic features. The City of Dublin may choose to not award the project--and proposals shall remain valid--until ninety days after the submittal deadline. The work for which proposals are invited consists of: The project will provide for the design and construction of the removal and subsequent replacement of the existing NYROP covered pedestrian bridge. The NYROP covered pedestrian bridge is located over the South Fork Indian Run on the south side of Coffman Park Drive near 5640 Coffman Park Drive.
