Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Richmond is accepting bids for general contracting services for the Texas Beach Pedestrian Rehabilitation (ARPA) project. The project consists of repairing a pedestrian bridge which includes structural steel installation, concrete demolition, and metal decking installation. To facilitate the repair work, a temporary access road from the parking lot to the job site shall be constructed and later removed at the conclusion of the project. The period of performance for the project shall be 365 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 at 4:00 PM ET . If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation through OpenGov
