Renovation of an educational facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a post-secondary education facility.
As of January 3, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The University is accepting quotations for the remodel of an existing wet lab in Throckmorton Hall. Project includes partial demolition, rearrangement of existing cabinetry, installation of new countertops and sink, and new lighting, paint, and flooring as described in the Project Manual. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for "Project as a Whole". Performance bond required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by August 1, 2025.
