A tax exemption certificate will be issued upon request. All bidders must provide signed Affidavits for School Safety required in Michigan Compiled Laws and Iran Linked Business disclosure in compliance with Public Act 517 of 2012 and attach this information to the bid proposal. The District will not consider a bid proposal that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements. The right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by Chippewa Valley Schools. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid.
