Project is expected to be awarded in about a month.** The scope of work in the Water Treatment Plant Building Addition project includes site preparation, foundation construction and furnishing and delivery of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) approximately 51 feet x 40 feet, 2,040 square feet approximate slab on grade floor area, with side wall of approximately 21.4 feet to 24.8 feet, including interior framed partitions, plumbing with water supply and wastewater systems, heating, air conditioning and ventilating, together with miscellaneous items of electrical power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, final site grading, hot mix asphalt pavement, reclaimed concrete aggregate surfacing, complete site restoration and building finishes. ** doc info : Any planholder returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS originally issued in paper format in good condition within 30 days of bid opening will be refunded $35.00.
