Towson University (TU) seeks a qualified vendor to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for inspection, testing and maintenance, recharging, repairs and replacement of fire sprinkler systems and fire suppression systems in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations and procedures. Work performed shall be completed in a manner satisfactory to the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and/or the Director of Emergency Preparedness (DEP) in all buildings owned and/or operated by Towson University. Refer to "Attachment A - TU Sprinkler and Fire Suppression Device List" for a complete listing. The term of this contract shall begin on or about December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025 for one (1) base year, with the University reserving the sole option to exercise four (4) additional one (1) year renewals.
