Project scope includes but is not limited to for Bid Package #2 : Demolition, Concrete, Metal supports for exhaust fan and X-Ray equipment, Millwork, Insulation, Fire/Sound Caulking, Doors/Frames/Hardware, ICU Entrances, Glazing, Framing, Drywall, Lead Line Shielding, Flooring, Ceramic Tile, Ceiling Tile, Painting, Specialties, Curtains, Wall Protection, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fencing, Fire Sprinklers. Drawings are currently in the second round of code review, and those drawings should be issued by Friday November 8th for those changes. Submittals will need to be completed in the first 2 weeks after award to avoid any delays in material ordering. Onsite walkthroughs can be coordinated with Gramoll Construction.
