Reference Number : 0000367329 The Town of Lake Placid, Florida, is soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, administration, supervision, insurance coverage, and any other facilities and services necessary to successfully construct, start-up, and warranty the completed Projects (North Main Street Lift Station (2) Modifications, Marquata Lift Station (3) Construction, Lift Station 3 Force Main Upgrades). The Projects are generally described as construction modifications to an existing lift station. Construction of a lift station and the force main to connect the lift stations to include tanks, pumps, control panels, electrical and piping modifications, adding a permanent standby generator, force main piping, valves and corresponding instrumentation and controls. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bids in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the interests of the Town. Pursuant to the requirements of Section 287, Florida Statutes, all qualifiers are subject to those provisions pertaining to Public Entity Crimes and the Convicted Vendor List.
