Lake Placid South #2 WWTF Pumping Station and Force Main Improvements The Town of Lake Placid, Florida, is Soliciting Bids to Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Management, Administration, Supervision, Insurance Coverage, and Any Other Facilities and Services Necessary to Successfully Construct, Start-up, and Warranty the Completed Project (Lake Placid South #2 WWTF Pumping Station and Force Main Improvements). The Project is Generally Described as Construction of a New Lift Station, Approximately 5,000 Linear Feet of 6 C-900 PVC Sanitary Force Main, Approximately 450 Linear Feet of 8 Directionally Bored HDPE Force Main, Piping Modifications, and Corresponding Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls. All Bid Questions Must Be Received Prior to Friday, December 13, 2024, at 5:00 Pm Local Time to Towns Engineer (Eoviol@pennoni.com) to Be Answered.All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. The Owner also reserves the right to contact bidders, telephonically or in writing, to clarify inconsistent, inaccurate, or confusing information regarding the proposal submitted.
