Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Centerville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
E-Verify Requirement: All bidders shall provide their signed E-Verify affidavit with their bid. Bids will not be considered without the Contractor affidavit. The successful bidder is responsible for obtaining a signed E-verify affidavit from their Subcontractors and Sub- subcontractors. Work to be Done: The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the Centerville Recycling Center for the City of Centerville as shown on the plans. Construction shall consist of grading, curbing, storm drain, paving, and striping. License: The Bidder shall hold a current Contractor's License issued by the Georgia State Construction Industry License Board Bonds: All bid bonds must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. This project will adhere to City of Centerville Specifications The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received lessthan ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
