Bidders shall submit written questions to Owners representative, Frank Szuch, Superintendent of Facilities and Operations at frank.szuch@elyrialibrary.org by 12 Noon, November 15, 2024 WORK 1. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 2. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 3. Owner may provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations and Owners policies relative to excavation and utility locates. Bidders must follow COVID-19 safety protocols required by law or requested by the Owner. Other than the pre-bid meeting, Bidders may visit the site at any time from the general publics perspective. All questions related to such visits should be submitted per Section M.3 of this Instructions to Bidders.
