Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlotte, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bidding Documents may be examined at the Architect/Engineer's office and at online. This project includes: Exterior stabilization including masonry veneer tuck-pointing, standing seam metal roof replacement, painting of wood and concrete trim, and miscellaneous site work around the building perimeter. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. Follow the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject Bids. Bidders are required to be licensed. Follow State Law. Question Deadline 11/19/2024. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted by the Bidder in writing by email and shall be received by the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
