Description

Site work for a civil project in Charlotte, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Charlotte is accepting sealed bids for sewer tank replacement. We are asking for contractors to submit your cost to install each tank as the bid. Number of tanks is undetermined. Scope of work to include: Replace fiberglass vacuum interface tank with new Flovac hdpe tank Excess materials and debris to be hauled off by contractor Fiberglass tanks and lids (fiberglass and metal) can be hauled back to city property All pipe fittings supplied by contractor All gravel supplied by contractor All equipment supplied by contractor, licensed and insured Labor supplied by contractor If any original pipe or vacuum leaks are created around dig site, it will be contractors responsibility to repair. (City will help locate leak) Price the replacement per tank Contractor must be licensed and insured and included with the bid. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all bids.
