Reference Number 0000367256 Delivery Point: Broomfield County, Colorado The City and County of Broomfield (hereinafter known as the City) acting through the Capital Improvement Projects Division, is seeking a consultant or consultant team to provide professional services in construction management for roadway widening on 112th and Uptown Avenue between Re-ed Way and Parkland Street, which is a federally funded construction project (Project). The City intends to execute one (1) contract for the services requested in this Request for Proposal (Solicitation). In all cases, the City reserves the right to negotiate all contract amounts. Parties interested in submitting a proposal are required to follow the guidelines and instructions contained in this Solicitation.
