Reference Number 0000368989 Purchase Type: Term: 05/01/2025 02:00 AM EDT - 11/30/2025 02:00 AM EST Option: 3 Additional Terms The City and County of Broomfield is seeking window washing professionals to provide services for the external windows of multilevel facilities listed below. Internal windows will not be part of this contract. Those submitting shall provide pricing on a per building, per cleaning basis. The contractor is responsible for visiting each building for bidding accuracy, all windows are viewable without needing access to the building. Contractors may not disrupt any staff or services at any location. The following specifications should be considered: Contractors will wash and clean the outside of all external windows including ledges and frames, and be free of streaks and smears. Accumulated dirt and debris must be removed from all glass, ledges and window frames. Contractors must report any damage to windows, window seals or window frames to the Superintendent of Custodial Maintenance. Contractors must provide a schedule of when each facility will be serviced, which will be reviewed and approved by the Superintendent of Custodial Maintenance to ensure the schedule can be accommodated by the facility. Scheduled cleaning to be accomplished twice per year occurring between the months of March and November. Contractors will provide their own cleaning supplies including lifts and ladders, or any other equipment necessary to gain access to the windows. Contractors will provide proper supervision of cleaning crews. Contractors will provide uniforms with company logo or badge for identification. No subcontracting will be permitted, unless approved prior by the Superintendent of Custodial Maintenance. Selected vendors will be required to enter into an agreement with the City and County of Broomfield. The facilities below are the only buildings to be submitted at this time. Pricing should be provided based on the facility sizes below and shall include the cost per facility basis.
