The Village of West Dundee, Kane County, Illinois, does hereby invite Proposals for Spring Hill Mall Demolition for the Village of West Dundee, IL. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the phrase Spring Hill Mall Demolition a Sealed Bid, the Proposing Firm's name and address. Question Deadline 11/22/2024 at 2:00 PM CT All Proposals must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of West Dundee, Illinois for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Proposal as provided in the Instructions for Proposals. The Village of West Dundee reserves the right to modify and waive any and all informalities or technicalities, or to reject any and all bids and/or parts thereof, and to accept that proposal which it deems most favorable to the Village.
