Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is located at 3595 S Sam Houston Parkway E, Houston, Texas 77047 in Harris County. Major items of work in the project include bypass pumping, manhole rehabilitation with cementitious liner and epoxy coating system, and construction of force main discharge piping. All bids must be submitted with a Bid Bond, signed by the surety and the Bidder, a Cashier's Check or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor defects in bidding and accept any bid deemed advantageous to the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days following the bid opening. All bids received after the date and time of the bid opening as described above will be rejected and returned to the Bidder unopened. The successful Bidder will be required to provide bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Any questions should be directed to the Engineer, Matthew D. Kelley, P.E., online or by email at MDK@MK-ENGR.COM. Question Deadline 11/14/2024 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online via the www.cicastusa.com system or by email to the Engineer not less than seventy-two (72) hours before the Bid opening
