The Project includes the following Work: The Project consists of constructing improvements at the City of Juliaetta's existing wastewater treatment plant. The City intends to install a new headworks lift station, new headworks with screen and grit removal, new equalization tank combined with lift station, new extended aeration packaged system with new secondary clarifiers and sludge holding tank, new utility water system, new mechanical chillers and heat exchangers for temperature reduction, screw press for dewatering, new emergency generator, electrical upgrades, and SCADA improvements. Work includes demolition, as well as construction of new facilities, installation of new equipment, control systems, site work, and miscellaneous appurtenant work.
