Demolition, site work, paving and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a stadium; stadium; for asbestos abatement for a stadium; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project consists of the following: o Complete demolition of the central stands, including ramps, concrete, asphalt, and bathrooms. o Removal and disposal of all demolished materials in accordance with environmental regulations. o Testing for hazardous materials, such as asbestos or lead, prior to demolition. o Proper handling and disposal of any hazardous materials found. o Grading of the area post-demolition to ensure a smooth, even surface. o Capping and securing all utility connections, including water and sewer. o Site security and public safety measures throughout the demolition process. o Restoration of the site as per city guidelines. Project time frame is to be completed within ____days from start of construction. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount, payable to the City of Rigby. An Idaho Public Works License is required to bid on this project.
