Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of Chip Sealing approximately 69,018 square yards of roadway. Apply sealcoat in accordance with ISPWC Section 808. ApplyCRS2-R emulsion at a minimum application rate of .45to .50 gallons per square yard with Class 4 cover coat material, per Table 1 of ISPWC Section 808, spread at a rate of 25 to 28 pounds per square yard. Seal coat to be paid by the square yard per ISPWC Pay Item 808.4.1.A.1. Some of the work may need to be performed on Sunday due to some work areas being located in the downtown business area. The rest maybe done during the week. The City will assist with traffic control for this project. After chip seal, the site shall be broomed per ISPWC section 808. All responsible bidders must have an Idaho Public Works License, be bonded, and have appropriate insurance. The City of Rigby is seeking bids for a Chip seal to be completed between July 2nd and August 7th 2024. The City of Rigby may add or subtract yardage depending on the favorability of the bids .The City of Rigby retains the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
