The City of Rigby is seekingqualified contractors to submitproposals for the constructionof new aluminum bleachersat the Rigby Rodeo Grounds,replacing the central standspreviously demolished. Localcontractors may submit proposals to construct the bleachers themselves or subcontractwith a certified bleacher manufacturer. Additionally, certifiedbleacher manufacturers areinvited to submit proposalsdirectly. Description of Work: The scope includes construction of the main grandstand structure and the installation of aluminum bleachers,complete with seating, structural support, handrails, andADA-compliant access ramps.The design and constructionmust adhere strictly to all applicable International BuildingCode (IBC) regulations andsafety standards, includingstructural, accessibility, andsafety requirements. Theproject also includes constructing reinforced concretefootings, securely anchoringthe bleacher system, and coordinating with utility providersas needed. Important Notice: Contractors who chooseto complete the constructionthemselves must ensure theirscope of work includes fullcompliance with IBC regulations, safety standards, andany required inspections andcertifications.
