A Description of the Work of This Project Can Be Summarized As Replacement of the Hvac Systems Including Boilers, Pumps, Hydronic Heat Pumps, Air Handling Units, and Controls. Lighting Upgrades for Gymnasium and Auditorium. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond (With Authorized Surety Company as Surety) Made Payable to the Owner in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Amount Of Bid. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho for All Contractors is Required to Bid on This Work. A Licensed General Contractor Will Act as Prime Contractor. The Board of Trustees Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid After the Hour Set for the Opening Thereof, or Before Award of Contract, Unless Said Award is Delayed for a Period Exceeding Thirty Days. The undersigned Bidder agrees to perform all work during the summer of 2026 and the summer of 2027. All scope must be complete and operating correctly prior to the end of the summer of 2027. All scope initiated during summer of 2026 must be complete and operational prior to the end of the summer of 202
