The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) material. Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 4:00 PM MT All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation to Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing. Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this Bid via email at mcarter@co.jefferson.id.us. Please note the deadline for submitting inquiries. All answers to inquiries will be posted electronically. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check online for answers to inquiries. JCPW will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 17, 2025. JCPW reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of JCPW. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid.
