Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
The City of Rigby is soliciting bids for the installation ofa new pre-engineered steel building at 121 S. 5th W., Rigby, ID 83442. The scope of work includes all necessary site preparation, installation of water and sewer service structure, and completion of interior building improvements. All work must conform to applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Contractors are responsible for furnishing all labor, materi-als, tools, equipment, and ser-vices required to complete the project. All utility work must be coordinated with local utility providers. Construction activ-ities must be conducted in a safe manner, with proper site management and minimal dis-ruption to surrounding areas. Proposal should include: One bid for the full scope of work, including site preparation, utility installation, foun-dation, building erection, and interior improvements. A second bid for the scope items directly related to the building only, including foun-dation work, steel building erection, and interior improve-ments. Bidding for this project will be open from June 20th, 2025, through July 18th, 2025.
