Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of all site grading, erosion control, retaining walls, landscaping, utility construction, parking and sidewalk paving, netting, fencing, artificial turf installation striping and surfacing for the construction of four artificial turf multi-purpose fields, six tennis courts and a softball field within the existing Berkeley Park. The existing historic baseball field and buildings will be protected in their present condition and are not a part of this contract. This contract will also not include the vertical construction of the proposed site buildings nor the athletic site lighting. Question Deadline 11/14/2024 at 4:00 PM ET All questions related to this bid shall be submitted in writing to Jason Bertoncino, PE at jbertoncino@withersravenel.com All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid made payable to Henderson County. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid opening except as provided in Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the state(s) in which the work is to be completed.
