This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Honolulu, Hawaii. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation to perform all operations in connection with furnishing tree trimming services at various public Libraries on Oahu for the Department of Accounting and General Services, Central Services Division (DAGS/CSD). January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with option for 4 extensions. Bidders shall possess a valid C-27 and/or C-27B License. For bids to be considered, all completed documents and certificates must be submitted as an attachment with bid. The award shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder subject to the availability of funds. The State of Hawaii reserves the right to cancel this IFB and/or reject all offers in whole or in part when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State of Hawaii. For bids over $2,500 or more, Bidders must be registered at Hawaii Compliance Express and be compliant at the time of award. Current Hawaii State General Excise Tax and any other surcharges must be included in your bid price. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Matsuura, Charmaine. 4. The Contractor shall not subcontract any of the tree trimming services as provided under this Contract. 5. The Contractor shall provide and use safety signs and other barricades and other devices necessary for the safety and convenience of the general public. The Contactor shall at all times conduct his work to assure the least possible obstruction of public traffic without obstructing the free flow of traffic and public right-of ways. 6. The Contractor shall strictly adhere to all provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). 7. No vehicles will be allowed on lawn, other planting areas and walkways, unless otherwise authorized by the Contract Administrator or his designated representative. See the Section, Site Access, for further details. 8. Any damage to buildings, structures, vehicles, plants and other items in the area and adjoining properties shall be repaired and/or replaced by the Contractor at his own expense and to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator (CA) or his designated representative and any injured party. 9. The Contract Administrator or his designated representative will routinely inspect the Contractor's work during any phase of the operations. These inspections shall be made to assess progress of work and determine acceptability of the Contractor's work. 10. Adverse conditions which may require major field changes not stated in the contract must be reported to the Contract Administrator or his designated representative prior to commencement or continuation of work.
