Hydrants & Appurtenances and Various Drinking Water Pipe Repair and Maintenance Fittings Pursuant to 103D-328, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended ("HRS"), the successful Offeror shall be required to submit to the Department a tax clearance from the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a prerequisite to entering into a contract in the amount of $25,000 or more. The successful Offeror shall also be required to submit, as a prerequisite to entering into a contract of $25,000 or more, certificates of 1) Compliance, and 2) Good Standing pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules ("HAR") 3-122-112. That the Offeror will hold its Offer price(s) for NINETY (90) CALENDAR DAYS after the Offer submittal deadline.
