Construction of North Mecklenburg Park Greenway Project The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: construction of a greenway, trailhead, and surrounding hardscape withassociated demolition / clearing, grading, erosion control, installation of stormwater conveyance measures, utilities, furnishings, and landscape. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or Bid Bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
